Please carefully review our Shipping & Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available. All purchases can be picked up in person at our Scottsdale, AZ office. Pickups are available Monday-Friday 11AM-6PM. An appointment is required to pick up an order.
Free Shipping
We offer free, Fully Insured, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx International Priority shipping on all orders.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking number. All packages will require a signature for delivery unless Hold at Location is requested.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries: Mexico, Russia, North Korea.
Free, Fully Insured, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx International Priority shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Returns
A refund may only be issued within 48 hours of delivery if the item does not arrive as described in the listing.
